The circumstances of the above death are the following as given by the Coroner’s Inquest on the body Viz Province of Canada, District of Bedford, Inquisition intended and taken on the body of Henry Martin found dead on Sunday morning the fourteenth day of August Instant.
This is to authorize you to bury the body of Henry Martin and for which this will be your sufficient authority.
Given under my hand and seal at St. Armand East this fourteenth day of August 1859.
