Thomas Campbell, Wesleyan Methodist Missionary of the Clarenceville Circuit and places adjacent in the District of Montreal, to serve as a register of the acts of Marriage, Baptism and Burials to be performed by him or other officiating Wesleyan Methodist Clergyman at the said place or places, during the year one thousand Eight Hundred and forty five, and was this day paraphed by me the Honorable William
Badgley one of the# Justices of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for the said District pursuant to an act in such cases made and provided.
