This Book containing forty three  folio pages was forscribed  to me by the  Bxxxxx Richard Williams Minister of the British Wesleyan Congregation of Methodists in Saint Armand and Dunham in the district of Montreal, in the province of Lower Canada to serve in the Chapels used by the them for public Worship as a Register for the acts of Baptisms, Marriages and Burials to be performed in the said Congregations during the remaining part of this year, and was by me???????????, and authenticated upon every folio page thereof, this fifteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
