Richard Whitwell, minister of the Episcopal Congregation of St Paul's Church in the Westerly part of the Seigniory of St Armand in the District of Montreal, to serve as a Register of the acts of Marriage Baptism and Burial to be performed by him or other officiating Episcopal clergyman at the said place during the year one thousand eight hundred and forty three; and was this day paraphed by me the honorable Jean Rush Pollmus one of the justices of Her Majesty's Court of King's Bench for the said District, pursuant to an act in such cases made and provided.
