The Court, acting by the Prothonotary thereof by virtue of the powers conferred by Law, having heard the Petitioner by his General on his petition that his birth be recorded in the registers of said Court in order that his civil status be established; having examined the proceedings and proof of record, and deliberated;
Seeing that by his petition fyled herein, the Petitioner alleges in substance; that he was born in the Township of Dunham, in the said District of Bedford on the Nineteenth (19th) day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy five, issue of the lawful marriage of Abial Rogers Terrill, an American citizen, born in Jericho, State of Vermont, at that time farmer in the said Township of Dunham, and his wife Ellen Rebecca Golland Terrill; and that it appears that his birth certificate was never recorded in the registers of civil status of either the village of Dunham or the surrounding parishes;
Seeing article 51 of the Civil Code of the Province of Quebec;
Considering that it is legally established that the aforesaid Petitioner was born in the Township of Dunham aforesaid as above mentioned;
Considering that the said petitioner has proved the material allegations of his petition by the deposition of a competent witness, fyled herein;
Doth, in consequence, grant that said petition; doth declare that the said Aaron Mack Terrill has duly established that he was born in the Township of
